About the service
Is Gateway Visa a government agency?
No. We are a private company providing advice and procedural support. The decision to issue any document rests with the competent Vietnamese authorities.
Can I do this myself? Why use a service?
You certainly can. A service saves time, avoids mistakes that get applications returned, and gives you someone to handle problems when they come up.
Do you guarantee approval?
No one can guarantee a decision on behalf of the authorities. We assess your chances before taking a case and tell you plainly about any risks.
Can I use your service from abroad?
Yes. Most of the work is done by email and courier.
Which languages do you work in?
Vietnamese and English.
About costs
What do the costs include?
Government fees, our service fee, and third-party costs where they apply (translation, legalisation, health check, courier). Each is listed separately in your quote.
About your application
How long does it take?
It depends on the document. Timings are given on each service page and in your quote.
Do I need to send my original passport?
Not for an e-visa. A temporary residence card application requires the original passport when filing.
How is my information protected?
It is used only for your application and is not shared with third parties other than the receiving authority. See our Privacy Policy.
